PILATES FLOW:
WEDNESDAY 6.30 - 7.30PM
The perfect class for our regular Pilates and yoga goers. It's an empowering and energising matwork class. We’ll continuously move and flow using our breath to deepen our practice. Build strength, improve your flexibility and balance.
*All levels & beginners welcome
ARE YOU PREGNANT?
Practicing Pilates & yoga during pregnancy helps you to stay strong, supple and fit for your birth and beyond.
If you are in your 1st trimester you can attend any of my group classes.
If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester you can attend Private Studio sessions.
