VINYASA YOGA

Your class starts with mindful meditation to help you deepen your connection to your mind and physical body. During your practice you’ll experience slow flowing Vinyasa movement sequences. You’ll stretch, strengthen and practice balance postures. Finishing each class with relaxation.

WEDNESDAY 6.30 - 7.30PM PILATES FLOW

The perfect class for our regular Pilates and yoga goers. It's an empowering and energising matwork class. We’ll continuously move and flow using our breath to deepen our practice. Build strength, improve your flexibility and balance.

THURSDAY 6.00 -7.00PM

SATURDAY 8.30 - 9.30AM

PILATES FLOW

The perfect class to end your busy week. Join us for a flowing class combining both strengthening and stretching exercises. We’ll build on your foundational Pilates exercises. You’ll reduce stress, improve your flexibility and start your weekend feeling energized.

PRIVATE PILATES (1:1)

My private studio schedule is based on availability. I offer Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday AM sessions and some 5pm evening sessions.

ARE YOU PREGNANT?

Practicing Pilates & yoga during pregnancy helps you to stay strong, supple and fit for your birth and beyond.

  • If you are in your 1st trimester you can attend any of my group classes.

  • If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester I recommend Private Studio sessions.

 

Yoga.

Our yoga classes are intelligently linked together postures and vinyasa sequences to guide you into a deep movement practice. Yoga teaches you to breathe deeply, become more mindful in movement and develops presence in your mind and body - all of which extends into your life.

Pilates.

The Pilates method is designed to target your core as well as providing you with a full body movement experience. Pilates strengthens and tones your muscles, improves your posture while providing flexibility and balance that unites your mind and body.
