Deepen your practice, expand your understanding of the body and discover a more integrated approach to yoga. An immersive 200-hour training combining traditional yoga, somatic movement and functional anatomy.
A deeper understanding of yoga, movement and the body.
Some yoga journeys begin with a desire to deepen your personal practice. Others begin with the intention of becoming a teacher. Whatever brings you to the mat, this training offers an opportunity to explore yoga on a much deeper level.
I’m proud to be partnered with Samasti Yoga, the school where I completed my own training, and to share an experience that I believe offers something truly special.
Combining traditional yogic teachings with somatic practices, functional movement and clinical anatomy, this 200-hour teacher training offers a considered and contemporary approach to yoga.
Since 2016, more than 500 students have completed their training at Samasti's home in Canggu, Bali. While some arrive with the intention of becoming yoga teachers, others simply want to deepen their understanding of their own bodies, movement and practice.
Whatever your motivation, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of yoga, a greater connection to yourself and the foundations to confidently share your knowledge with others.
A Training Experience That Goes Beyond the Mat
Whether you're considering becoming a yoga teacher or simply feel drawn to deepening your own practice, this training offers an opportunity to learn, explore and experience yoga in a whole new way.
“When I arrived at Samasti Yoga, my intention was to become a yoga teacher. What I left with, however, was so much more than a qualification. Little did I know that I was about to change my life.
The experience opened the door to a deeper connection with myself. I learned the importance of turning inward, listening to my body and embracing a more embodied way of living.
It marked the beginning of a personal journey of healing, self-discovery and growth, with practices that have since become an integral part of who I am and how I move through life.”
