Yes.
Some private health funds in Australia are beginning to reintroduce Pilates under their Health Management or Wellness-style plans.
As every health fund and level of cover is different, we recommend contacting your provider directly to check:
• Whether Pilates and/or Yoga are included in your policy,
• What level of cover is required,

Yes. We offer Semi-Private Reformer sessions with a minimum of 3 participants.

Yes, you must attend an Initial Consultation (IC) prior to attending any of our private sessions.
The IC is vital for us to get to know each other and for the perfect program to be written for you.

Your first sessions is where we get to know each other. I’ll take you through a basic session, introduce you to the Pilates equipment and ask a few questions regarding your past injuries and goals.

I teach privates mostly during the day.

Initial Consultations and Private session run for 55-60 minutes.
Semi-Private Reformer sessions run for 45 minutes.

If you are in your 1st trimester you can attend any of our group classes.
If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester we offer Private Studio training so that we can customise a program specifically to you and your little ones needs.

If you are recovering from injury and need support, if you have an injury that wont go away, or you prefer to train on your own - then private Pilates is for you. Private Pilates is customised to you.
Group classes are designed for generally healthy bodies where modifications are less needed.

Yes, we recommend you attend Private Pilates to assist with injury rehab and prevention of future injuries.
Once you have recovered from your injury we recommend you move into group classes.

Pilates has been proven to be the most effective treatment for lower back pain.
If you have chronic lower back pain we recommend that you begin with private sessions before attending group classes.

Once to twice a week is ideal. Like with anything, if we stay consistent we see results.

Absolutely. I’ll tailor a program specific to you and your goals.

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for private sessions.
To avoid losing your full payment please cancel prior to your session.

I use the full Pilates system which includes the mat, Reformer, Cadillac (this is not a car!), barrels and chair. You’ll also use small props such as the magic circle, hand weights and the exercise band.
