Your Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is available for all new clients to private Pilates training.
Your consultation is a one-hour session where you’ll learn the basics of Pilates and be introduced to the Pilates equipment.
We’ll chat about any past injuries as well as your goals. Then I’ll take you through a basic session to evaluate your fitness level and begin to design a program specifically suited to you!

Private Pilates Training
Your private session is kind of like personal training, but instead we use the Pilates method. Your session will be uniquely tailored by me, your instructor, and highly specific to your individual requirements and goals.
You’ll use the full Pilates exercise system incorporating floor work (matwork) and spring-based apparatus (reformer, cadillac and chair).
At each step of the way, I’ll be on hand with constant attention and guidance to help you enhance precision and performance within your Pilates session.

Private Semi-Reformer Training
Reformer Pilates uses a traditional piece of equipment with springs and pulleys to create adjustable resistance, allowing each session to be both supportive and appropriately challenging.
It’s a beautiful way to build stability and strength, as well as improve flexibility.
Your private semi-reformer session is conducted with a maximum of three participants.
Shared instruction offers a personalised experience, just as you would in a private session, with close supervision and guidance to achieve your goals.

“I have been taking private classes with Jodie for seven months. I was diagnosed with posterior tibialis tendinopathy and in need of strength training post physiotherapy. I also have a bad obstetric history and weight issues. I was advised core strengthening by my Obstetrician. Whenever, I worked on it, I would develop regurgitation.
